In order for a marriage to thrive I believe that husbands should help their wives with anything and everything. I've been a SAHM for 14 years but my husband still comes home from work and helps with the kids, cooking, cleaning, laundry...you name it.

Yes, husbands should def help their wives as much as they can. They can use and like the help.

I think husbands should help their wives and I think wives should help their husbands. It's supposed to be an equal partnership.

Exactly!! Most women work just as men do. They should absolutly get assistance with household chores and child care. This is a no brainer.

Yes husbands should help their wives. In the Bible it says to be a stronghold for each other, not what causes stress. So to help leviate whatever stress she has, her husband should help out.

Thank you!
I believe that if husbands and wives really do love each other, they would be more than willing to help each other.

if you are talking about house work. then i say yes. so many men act as if they are oblivious to how to do things around the house but it is only because they are allowed to act this way ,, in reality, many men build bridges or buildings and much more complex things men do , then how hard it is to turn on the dish washer, or put the toilet seat down?

Husbands should certainly help their wives! Part and parcel of beeing married and looking around the couples I know the wives all deserve the help and any assistance as they usually are more giving and supportive than the men.

men like to get away with what they can. And if they can get away with not helping out with house work and they have no consequesces then why not. but i dont think it is right. i think they should be helpful when needed. or maybe take up a permanat job around the house to be helpful.

I feel marriage is a two way street. They should both help with everything. One shouldnt have to do more than the other but it shouldnt be something required that this one does this and that one does that but if u see something needs done and the other one is busy and cant do it just do it and help out.

By all means. Today women can not "do it all." Men need to help out with cleaning and cooking and kids. A marriage is a partnership and work should be divided as equally as possible.

Yes they should, as Marriage should always be 50/50 in all you do.

In the real life Husband and Wife are the two pulling mechanism ( say horses) of the cart called 'LIFE'. One should help the other.
