Everyone knows that, if you want to keep yourself health, fiber and protin is necessary everyday. But the vegetatian eat little meat, even no meat. Maybe they can acquire protin from milk, egg and so on, but is it too little? In the long time, they may become innutrition, isn't it?

I think vegetarians CAN be healthy if they get their protein from eggs, milk, soybeans and lentils. Protein is essential for growth and good health. However, a good portion of the vegetarian community end up eating junk foods and aren't getting enough nutrition or protein in their diets. So instead of eating meat, they're mostly eating sugar, which we all know causes problems down the road with weight problems and diabetes. I can't imagine giving up meat, but instead of eating the super-fatty meats I eat lean chicken, turkey and fish and only eat meats like beef occasionally. I eat a lot of vegetables, not because of any issues with animal-consumption, but because vegetables are so good for me.

In order to be healthy vegetarians must use many supplements and substitutes to compensate for the lack of meat in their diet. It is not MORE healthy than eating a balanced diet of meat and vegetables. Frankly I could never live as a vegetarian. I start to feel ill if I don't eat a sufficient amount of meat every day. Some people though seem to function well enough without eating too many substitutes.

No, generally speaking a vegetarian diet is more healthy, beans, nuts, eggs, cheese, milk, etc all contain sufficient protein, excess protein is actually harmful. Ideally a vegetarian diet should be suplimented by oily fish all the best urban

protein can be had easilly in the vegitarian diet, as can fiber most definately. few vegitables are with out fiber. it is the meat eater who avoids vegitables and fruits that is usually fiber deficiant. protein can be found in nuts. lots of it in fact. soy products are also very high in protein. they are definately part of the vegan (no animal products diet) lifestyle. you add milk, eggs, and other dairy products your fine. most americans eat too much protein in fact.

yeah it is too little but after a period or so that little will benefit the vegetarian person ,as we all know meat and non veg is a fat increasing meal for those who dont have any physical work to do or they dont work out in gym ...
