Breast cancer and the BRCA 1 BRCA 2 gene change prophylactic mastectomy or not?

I have 26 years and have the brast cancer +BRCA1 positive and moost shoose if to make the prphilactic mastectomy,the risk is elevated and i dont know what to make...You what would make?
