krasimira my grandmother has been affected by brest cancer ,then my mother and now i have a brest cancer BRCA1 positive.

I have 26 years and have the brast cancer +BRCA1 positive and moost shoose if to make the prphilactic mastectomy,the risk is elevated and i dont know what to make...You what would make?
