Well theres a joke, Which comes first? The Chicken or The egg, and the answer is the Supermarket. But I dont really know which comes first.

Thi is an old discussion,but I think that the chicken became before when the god has created the animals.than in a second moments the animals have paired to continue te race.

This is an age old discussion which always ends up in a way that if you believe that you are correct then you win. What i feel that the first exact creature known as chicken came from an egg which was laid by a creature which was almost similar to a chicken.

I'm gonna go with chicken because an egg out there on its own without a chicken to keep it warm just wouldn't survive. And not to get religious, but if you accept that God just created man--poof!--and not first a fetus, than why not create a chicken first instead of an egg?

There is no mystery to this, the very first chicken came out of an egg laid by a creature that was genetically almost a chicken, but not quite. THerefore the egg came first. This is as old as the hills and the answer has been well understood for decades.

ahhhhh the age old discussion what came first the chicken or the egg. well my dear it all depends on what you believe in, the theory that the chicken came first has to do with god created the world, the teory that the egg came first has to do with the world being created by the big bang. hope that explains it a little better for you. i believe the egg came first.
