i know both are not that good for health. i never use to take tea before . i always prefered coffee and i was a huge drinker of it when i use to work . now i m married and not working so dont feel the need of drinking coffee or anything between the working hour in the day.
and apart from everything now i m suffering from acidity too.i think i suffered from this because of drinking coffee to such an extent.

I like both. But I would have to say that I would prefer coffee over tea. Coffee does taste better than tea, I agree there. But I do drink egual amounts of them. I love hot green tea in the mornings, and coffee in the afternoon.

I prefer tea definitely though I've recently bought a coffee machine and the Somerfield fair trade coffee is lovely so I've started drinking a bit more coffee.
I just prefer the flavour of tea generally though and coffee could never replace tea for me.

I like the coffee most and ihave heard it from so many person that the coffee is good for helth. And tea is not good for our health and i dont like it too. So i would like to go for coffee instead of tea.and also advice your friend to have coffee instead of tea.

I've got to have my coffee in the mornings. I don't drink my coffee in a 'normal' coffee cup. I like it in a big glass mug with cream. After 1 or 2 mugs I'll move on to unsweetened iced tea. :)
