its is said that swimming is a great activity n a great source to reduce calories ..
n i think that its 101% true coz i have tried it

true, and its good type of exercise for old people too!! :) my friedns who swims are eeither skinny, or muscular. so yes swimming is a great activity to reduce calories.

I am not sure about burning calories but very good exercise for whole body.

Yes this is true. Back when I was a varsity swimmer, our swim training would last up to 3 hours everyday and after that I could two servings of food but I don't really gain any weight.

Swimming is a great way to exercise, not only does it help to reduce calories but also tones your muscles.!

its fun nd plus u reduce
dere was a study conducted by readers digest in which dere were 30 middle aged men selected in ehich 135 were told to swim 1 hr every day nd eat d same as d whole group and it was found dat aftr 30 days d ppl hu swam were fitter by 40 % nd dere bmi reduced
