How many pillows do you use when you're sleeping?

Just one. It is enough for me, and I never understood why some people use several. It is a matter of taste, I guess...

I only use one. Actually sometimes it's alright with me if I don't have any pillows, as long as I have a blanket.. I'll sleep comfortably..

I use two of them to sleep. One for my head and a big, soft, feather-down one for hugging. I used an extra one for in between my legs while sleeping on my side, during pregnancy too.

Thats a lot of pillows! My husband likes two but that would give me such a crick in the neck. I have one very flat one and I usually shove that out of teh way sometime in the night. I think everyone is different though and if seven pillows works for you, then fair play.

I do have 3 pillows in my bed and its enough for me. Like it would be hard for me to get sleep right away if i don't have 3pillows with me in my bed. Coz one is for my head, the other one is for me to have something to hug with and another one for my legs to have something to lay with. That's why i cant sleep when im on a trip, like sleeping in transportation vehicles.

i don't use any kind of pillows!

Only 2 for me and 2 for hubby. We don't really need any more. They cradle our heads and keep us comfortable. No straining of the neck either, must the right heighth. Some like body pillows and I can see the value in those. Wouldn't mind having one someday.
