stone walking to contol high blood pressure

How many of you have tried Foot Reflexology through Stone walking?
I started walking barefoot on cobblestones in Parks.I realised it brought down my Blood pressure by 30 or more pionts.From 150 to 115 or even less the systolic.the diastolic number also reduced suitably.In effect I started maintaining my systalic/diastalic and pulse rate by walking on stone for a few minutes daily
Like to know other users experiance

I use to manage hypertension, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise and walking, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
