I think so, because I used to drink green tea, and make you can handle to eat more. It also neutralise the fat that we have. Sometimes if I eat to much food which make me feel too sick because too many fat, I drink this tea, so feel better in my througt and stomach :D

I have read a lot of different articles about weight loss and green tea. And they actually sell a gtreen tea diet pill. I think it may be possible to lose weight if you drink green tea but I think it needs to be warm. I read a post on here a few days ago about drinking COLD water during meals causing the oils to gel in your digestive trac. The article also said drinking warm water at meals helps prevent that from happening.

Green tea has a lot of health benefits. I do not know if it is good to loose weight. But it is good for a lot of other tings.
I would say that you can drink the tea any time you want. But if it is because you want to loose weight I would guess that it is best to drink it in the morning.

Thank you for commenting! The problem is that I drink milk in the morning and I don't think it's very healthy drink green tea after that...

Greee tea can help to absorb the body fat and improve digestion ,less fat developed in your body just mean you can loose weight, provided that you do not eat too much junk food.In order to let the green tea work efficienlty, you have to do regular exercise.
The best time to drink green tea is at the beginning, because you have not eaten any food yet , and green tea works best at that time, also, because of some ingredients in the tea,green tea can also keep you awake,so it is better to drink at the morning but not at the before going to bed..

Two of the main reasons Green Tea makes you loose weight is the antioxidants and the Caffeine. Here is a little article about caffeine I wrote some years ago:
