Is it true that green tea helps to loose weight? What can you tell me about it? When is the best time to drink it? I started to drink it on Saturday before I go to bed.

What are your best advice for changing eating habits? To get a healthy diet that is easy to keep?

tpokim I always say that everything helps. Start to cut out sweets bit by bit and after a while you dont even think about sweets. Chromium also help you to get rid of the "addiction" to sugar

Where are you going on your next vacation? In May I am going to Greece togheter with my family. This will be our baby's first vacation. And I am really looking forward to it. Where are you going?
