Changing your eating habits.

What are your best advice for changing eating habits? To get a healthy diet that is easy to keep?

tpokim I always say that everything helps. Start to cut out sweets bit by bit and after a while you dont even think about sweets. Chromium also help you to get rid of the "addiction" to sugar

What is your favorite thing to grill? Or Favorite Grilled Food to Eat? I love grilled corn and grilled steak the best, but I like all kinds of things grilled.
