friends forever.....................think about it

in todays world finding a true friend is a difficult task.
friendship is nothing but just a feeling of respect,a need to be cared by someone or to care someone who you feel deserves it.
i dont know whether i have found a true friend or not but the same feeling which i mentioned above arises in my mind
when i with him or thinkin about him.
can anyone help me out in this.
i could write much about my friendship but i m unable to find keywords which would describe it the best.

you can have as many friends as you like. but, you qill only have atleast 1 to consider as true friend. a kind of friend that will sincerely think of your well-being, someone who will be on your side despite whatever blows of life you are undergoing. that is why it is so much difficult to find a true friend. once you found one, treasure that person so much. besides, one has to be a true friend first before having a true friend. true friends are considered as guardian angels in this world. most of the time, only 1 friend gives and cares while the other just takes. understanding, acceptance, thoughtfulness, sincere love are the few ingredients of true friendship. there should be direct relationships between friends. friends forever exist! despite distance, space, and communication, true friends alawys find each other.

yes man u r right about frendship and i agree with u.
i m also very much moved by this fascinating line of urs which says-"one has to be a true frend first b4 having a true frend" i m obliged with ur response.
u also have very gud knowlegde about frendship.
r u invovled in any such frendship?

In my opinion, friends forever and true friends are 2 different things. I know of someone who has family friends for 40 years. Are they true friends? The answer is NO. True friends are much more than forever friends. True friends can withstand harsh weathers - storms, monsoons and even earthquakes despite numerous attacks. Forever friends never get such chances to weather them together. There can be a lot of forever friends, true friends are limited.
