It is going on two days now, it is good to be back in the swing of things working. It's only part-time but I can deal with it for now. I have other income coming in. I am working at this real nice hotel. I like it. my sister told me about the job. I don't want people to know that we are sisters. I think it is better with them not knowing don't you? they have made a few remarks about her, I don't say anything. I just listen. Ok. have a great day!! + for everyone.

Congratulations! That's nice, working in the same hotel with your sister? I've always thought working in hotels is quite lucrative as you interact with people every day. Too late for me now as I am retired. Good luck, always smile and enjoy your new job!

Congratulations. It is always nice to be with handful of work all the time to keep ourselves busy. Otherwise idle man's brain becomes devil's workshop.

Glad you got the job Marcia. What do you do at the hotel? Are you a maid, cook, receptionist? I also want to find a part time job somewhere.

Congrats on your new job girl!!! i would keep the fact that she is your sister quiet especially if you've heard a few people talking about her. the element of surprise is often the best route.

Congrats Marcia, I hope you like it and you are doing the right thing about keeping quiet about your sister, especially if they are saying things about her and based on how you said it it sounds like they are negative things. By keeping quiet and listening you may be able to help your sister out if her job is up in the air. Once again Congrats and good luck.

Congratulations, marcie. It's a good thing to know now that you've really a part time job to call. It's a good decision that you stayed quiet for your sister because both of you can affect your jobs if they noticed it especially if there's unusual things happened without you knowing.Hoep to still see you here, friend:)

Congratulations on your new job. You are right. It does not work well when they know there is family working together in the workplace. I used to work at the same place as my mother and my sister and needless to say none of us are working there any longer. It became too dramatic and people played against us because we were related to one another. I hope they are not saying bad things about your sister. I hope it all works out for you, but I don't know how long I would put up with someone talking about my sister if it was bad things being said. I wish you all luck with it and I hope it all works out.

it really wasn't that bad, just about how long it took her to do the job. I am not going to say anything, I am going to keep yhings the way they are right now.
