Do you have time to swim?

The swimsuit is there. The goggles are there. The swimming pool is just behind the house. And yet, the time is just not there. I love swimming especially after a long day at work. The thing is, by the time I reached home, I am either too tired or it is already too late.
To those who love swimming, how do you get the time to do it? DO you have a fix schedule or something like that? Hope to hear from you out there.

Unfortunately there is not a swimming pool near me, there is a gym but it doesn't have a pool, so I do all my exercise, like running, boxing and weight training at the gym. There is an outdoor pool in the city but I only go there in the Summer months. I love swimming too and will always go in the pool never the sea.

I absolutely love swimming. Just to feel the water on my skin. I always make time for something like that, I simply schedule it and work my appointments around it. And if that is not possible I just get out of bed earlier. The swimming pool opens up around 5.30 am so getting up earlier is the way to go for me.

I used to love to swim and would do so any chance I could. Unfortunatly now when I get out of the pool my muscles are just too tight and my bones hurt (injuries to them and the cold makes it worse). If I could find a heated pool it might be different but the only ones around aren't and even in the summer the water hurts them. My siser though takes my neice whenever they can. It's usually just a "Let's go swimming" type thing or my neice is bugging us to take her. In the summer in Florida she wants to go all the time and we try to make it happen.

As much as I want too, I can't swim everyday because it'll be too expensive but I try to swim once a week. There's a swimming pool just 10 minutes from our house but I'm not very comfortable swimming there because they used to be our rival back when I was still a competitive swimmer but what the heck, that was years ago so I doubt they'll remember me. I have scoliosis and my doctor told me that swimming is a great exercise for my spine.

I know I really should go swimming more often as it is the best form of exercise I can take. I know I really should but somehow there is never enough time. I keep telling myself that I should make time and go at least once a week but there is always something else to be done, or people to see, or work to be done, or .... well the list of excuses is endless.
Your post has made me think that it is high time I set aside time for swimming and exercise.

It's 15 euro which is even a little bit more expensive than 15 dollars. It's the NAtinal Aquatic Centre and has wave machines and water slides but it's still a steep price.

I lived in an apartment for two years before moving to my house and i never found time to go swimming. We went probably twice the whole summer! My neighbor has a pool and has invited us to swim in it when ever we want. but there is so much to do around the house and I feel like I can't sit on my butt and be lazy when there is so much to do!

I love swimming too and last summer my roommate and I went swimming almost everyday. Now that summer is again approaching, I hope to be able to accomodate it again in my busy schedule. I get off work at 7pm so that gives me at least time to swim before I go to bed. We usually swim when the sun has set anyways for 2 reasons namely les exposure to people and no exposure to the sun.
