What is "emotionally unavailable"?

Some people are very emotional available and express their feelings freely with others. Love, passion, anger, disappointment they are all expressed and talked about. When someone does something for them they sincerely appreciate it and express their thanks. They are able to talk about their feelings. They usually make big deals out of birthdays, anniveraries, valentines day things like that. The emotionally unavailable person is the exact opposite of this and is either embarrasedd or uncomfortable with such emotional displays of affection.

think it means you are kinda cut off from your feelings, that you are emotionally not ready for a relationship!
