What's For Dinner!

Well I'm having catfish and shrimp with a tossed salad. Scumptious! Catfish and shrimp marinated in a milk and egg bath then battered and deep fried. Wow! What a treat. What are you having for dinner???

I made a large pot of vegetable soup this evening, which will also feed the other half and I tomorrow evening too, and perhaps lunch the day after, if I'm lucky. For once I'm glad our kitchen has no heating, I'm going to have to leave it out overnight to cool, (as it's midnight now and the stuff is still warm) but the kitchen's not much warmer than the refridgerator anyway!

Wow, that sure sound delicious, Zoom. I think that I'll just invite myself over to your house for dinner tonight, if you don't mind. I'll bring the drinks (soft drinks, that is) and the desert if you so desire.

I like crawfish a lot. Thanks. I used to have it fresh as a child in Louisiana almost all the time. I miss it.
