Mothers who insist their kids to finish their greens should perhaps add more color to their children?diet by including strawberries, for a study has found that a natural chemical found in strawberries can boost memory.Fisetin,a naturally occurring flavonoid commonly found in strawberries and other fruits and vegetables, stimulates signaling pathways that enhance long-term memory, report researchers at the Salk institute for Biological studies in this week's online early edition of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Wow, that's amazing. Now wonder I have an aweful memory. I've probably only eatten two or three strawberries my whole life. I'll make sure to give my daughter some. I don't want her to have a aweful memory like I have.

Wow, thanks for the info! I always loved them more than any other fruit, and now I have more of an excuse to snack on them every day. Great idea.

Nice Information, But i want to tell you some thing different. every seasonal food is good and 100% Great for health of every one. if you find a seasonal fruit or vegetable etc. eat it well and as much you can, it will be the best food for you in that season.

Fascinating as always. I wonder does this work on adults. If so, then maybe we've got it wrong on certain "holidays". Perhaps people should be fed strawberries before Valentine's, Birthdays, Anniversaries (and not during).
