That all depends on your environment. I really couldn't recommend one to you because I'm not familiar with the area. All parrots require daily maintenance, fresh water and feeding and changing out the paper in the cage. Of course, the larger the bird the more poop and bigger poop :) Good luck and post a picture when you get your new bird.
