I forgot to add a one point soup that is really good.
Here is the recipe:
1 40 oz can fat free chicken broth
10 oz lite velveeta
32 oz bag california style veggies (broc, califlower, carrot mix)
Cook broth and veggies for 40-50 minutes. Add velveeta and stir until melted
1 point for 1 cup
And Peanut Butter Cups
8 oz tub ff cool whip
6 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp ff choc syrup
mix cool whip and peanut butter and place in mini muffin cups in muffin pan
Drizzle choc syrup over the cups and freeze. Serve frozen . 1 pt each, makes 24

Thank you for reminding me about Dotti's Weight Loss Zone. I used to love that site when I was following the WW plan. She really has some great tips. I haven't started back on WW, although I know that I need to. It has been many years since I was on it, but it seems to be the program that really works for me. I think because it is more nutrionally balanced than many other weight loss programs. Hubby just got me a treadmill and I have been very slow to get going on a daily program with it. How long have you been doing WW? My favorite low point snacks are sugar free orange jello with mandarin oranges, pretzels, and vanilla wafers. As for secrets, I like to drink a cup of hot chicken bouillon about thirty minutes prior to eating dinner. What about your favorite low point snacks and tips? Please share.

Oh, the chicken bouillon is a great, great idea! Thanks....that fills you up a bit before dinner so you won't eat as much!
I'm on day 13 today and am doing really well! I really haven't been extra hungry. This is about the 6th time I've done it, lol...if I could just stay with the healthy eating I'd be great.
My favorite low point snacks are a chex mix recipe that is posted on Dotti's (a cup for 1 point) and baked lays...and ff instant pudding.
Thanks for sharing!

I've done WW on and off over the years. Largely it's been for maintainance purposes and I've kinda just gone it alone using online resources (DWLZ.com is an awesome one), rather than going to meetings....since I find the program to be a little on the pricey side.
That said, I have also found that it works and helped me to develop much healthier eating habits. Some of my favorite low point snacks are veggies with hummus, egg white omlettes, pickles and marinated veggies (sounds werid I know, but I love salty things). That bullion idea is a great one.
I also love the fact that you can gain back points for excerise. That was a really motivating factor for me, cause I love to eat :-)

I have done weight watchers in the past and am going to start again after easter. I did it on my own and lost 10 pounds but then got stuck. I then decided to break down and pay $10 for meetings. Once I went to the meetings, I lost another 15 pounds and became a lifetime member. I really enjoy weightwatchers.
I am a big chocolate person, so I drank a lot of sug free hot choc~1 point. I would munch on carrots and celery during the day~ 0 points. I also would get the 1 point bag of popcorn and spray it with I Cant Believe It's Butter spray.
Have fun and be healthy~
