The cutoff date for cash-out is the last day of each month. If you didn't have enough at the end of Feb. to qualify for cash-out (Feb. earnings would cash out around the 15th of March), then your earnings "roll over" to the next month.

oh i see, your mean is this if you want to cash out you must earn at less 10 per month then you will get paid in the last day of the month if you don't reach the 10 you will be paid in the next month's last day ? and if you reach before 15 every month you will get paid in 15 and in this month from 15 to 30 you reach 10 you will not get paid in the last day of this month ?

The payment cycle for myLot goes from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. You are paid on the 15th of the month for the month you completed prior if you made your payout. So, I will be getting paid what I earned for the month of Februrary on March 15th. They will pay you everything they owe you until March 31 on April 15th, not to worry. I have been paid each month I have contributed to myLot. I love it here. I hope this helps clear up your confusion. If I can help further, let me know. Happy posting.
