Being Forgetful...

I do that from time to time myself. It's easy to forget things like this sometimes don't me to hard on yorself.

Yes, same here. A lot of time, I purchase something and then totally forget to take my stuff. If I am lucky, the seller will tell me that I forget the stuff. I am now nursing my 7 months old kid, I can't even recall whether I take my multivitamin or not. Baby did suck out our brain cells. :-)

Yes, I am also quite a forgetful person. I've bought eye drops from a pharmacy and then left it with the cashier - had to go back to pick it up another day. Just recently, I bought music books for my students and left it at one of the student's home and had to wait a week before I got it back. I also forgot to register some of my students for a practical exam and only remembered almost one month after the closing date. That really shook me up. It's not so bad forgetting minor issues but for major ones, it may have awful consequences. So, now I think I will probably make notes in my handphone and set a date for it to remind me to do the important things so that I will avoid such situations again or at least minimalize it. Writing it down and pasting memos on the refrigerator helps too.

I think it was a couple of weeks ago. It happened to me twice. I bought a bottle of water just gave my money and left. Good thing the cashier made a very good gesture by calling me and reminded me of my bought items. Another was that, when I bought a few varieties of bread, same thing, gave my money and left. Luckily again, the cashier called and picked up my almost forgotten goods. I am really grateful of our cashiers here.
