Hi. za_applez. Hmm... Sounds very yummy! I have never had an avocado shake before. I don't have a blender at home either. I would love to buy a blender so that I can start mixing many vegetable and fruits drinks together. My husband has been talking about buying a blender. I enjoy drinking more healthier.

I'm not sure where the question is here. I don't know if you are looking for other fruit shake recipes, or the benefits or what.
Relief from and often healing of:
some forms of mental illness such as anxiety and panic attacks
arthritis
colonitis
high blood pressure
Less likely to sustain:
all of the above plus
cancers of the colon, stomach and intestines
hemoroids, galls stones, and kidney stones
Enjoy:
weight loss
smooth and regular bowel movements
tremendous energy
less likely to catch colds and flues
overall health now and as you age
When you are sick:
If you or your children are sick the best thing that you can do is to drink nothing but Fruit shakes. They help to cleanse your body of waste matter and toxins which are the "grippers" which hold onto diseases.
