Though I haven't watched... I've read the manga:)
I'll be watching the episode when we have at least 10 or more unwatched eps so that we'd be watching it without interruptions and not having much of hanging endings:)

I like that anime too. But I don't like the manga, the drawing is awful, I think the anime drawing is cool.

Yup! Bleach. =) I love that anime. And Ikkaku is one of my favorite characters. He's baka ang strong at the same time. LOL

Noooo~ I completely disagree!!!
The art in the manga and in the anime are actually very similar... for me...
Besides, all the originas are in the manga. An example would be when Inoue san got hit by Yami, for the firt time... In the manga, she was, she was... umm... I dun really know what happened... but she got blood all over and seemed seriously injured... while in the anime, she was merely knocked down...
Yup, I know the manga is more violent but it's just so, so,... original...:)
Pardon me, but I just can't help it. I'm no fan of violence and all the torn flesh and blood that goes with it. I'm not saying that the anime is bad; neither am I saying that the manga is better... It's just that originals are more... original!

I agree. The violence is minimized in the anime for it to be 'viewer friendly'. =) Not all those who watch anime is old enough to handle such violence in the manga. =)

Really now!!! Well I have heard rumors that he is going to use bankai and so it was! Where do you download the manga of Bleach? I don't know if it is already uploaded at YouTube but I am really eager to watch that episode! It gets better and better!

Go to www.realitylapse.com and download the episod there.. And there are lots of other anime episodes there. Even Naruto Shippuuden episodes are there for free download. :D

bleach rocks finally ikkaku use his bankai and its pure power just watch it yesterday and those arrancar where not that strong looks like the vice captain were practicing a lot with, what i like to see is zaraki kenpachi fighting

Ikkaku's bankai...i just wanted to cry because it was sooo hot!!! i was concerned about his bankai because it seemed really hard to think of what it could be i mean most of the people's bankais resemble their shikai and i forgot that his shikai was a 3 section staff rather than a spear so i was a little scared to see the bankai but oh well the bankai was awsome, i would have loved to have seen the bankai being used to its fullest power rather than the full potential coming out then the screen moves away from the battle and showing a big beam of light. I also wanted to see the bankai's main skill, take Renji's bankai for example he can manipulate is and do all sorts of funky moves with it but we didnt get to see that in ikkaku's bankai so i hope we get to see more of it later on in the series.

Not to mention that Shinigami are naturally restricted in the real world, aren't they? I mean, I remember Renji saying that when they came to capture Rukia in that arc... something along those lines.. so maybe that explains the lack of .. well drama in the bankai :D
I wish Zaraki would learn more about his sword and get a bankai or something too (okay ahem that has no relevance to this topic, but he's one in the top ten list of ppl whose Bankai I'd like to see, Ikaku having been in that list so far).
And oh yeah, its kinda hard to imagine Ichigo beat Ikaku in that previous arc, having seen this fight, right? Ichigo's even stronger than I thought after all :P

Yeah.. I remember that. Ikkaku's Bankai in Seireitei will be more errr.. dramatic.. LOL
Kenpachi will be so strong even if he only manages to attain Shikai. Sadly, his Zanpakutou doesn't want to. Too bad.

Well, maybe because Ikkaku was already pretty much beat up.. Maybe we'll see more of his Bankai's kidou later on. =)

Yeah.. 118 comes after 117, not 119. Duh? You're the one who needs updating. LOL (119 didn't air last week, it'll probably come out Thursday this week or Friday).

OMG! Ikkaku having a bankai s amazing enough (because he's only the 3rd seat in the Zaraki squad) but man it was great!!! He really belongs in the Zaraki squad, having fun during battle and all! He's actually menacing specially with that huge bankai! wow! can't wait for the next episode!

Ikkaku had his bankai from the start, he didnt use it till ep.118, Imagine if he used it on ichigo when they first fought each other Ichigo will lose T_T

That episode was really gripping. But that Bankai really suited him I think. For a moment I really thought that he might die. But I'm glad he didn't.
