How do u feel when your work is appreciated?

Bosses are very quick to pick up on the mistakes you make and never spare the time to compliment you on a job well done. So well done you and well done your boss for taking the initative! So no detention or homework for you! Go to the top of the class. It's good to be praised or appreciated, we are human and need to know we are doing a good job. It is also good for morale. Sounds like a wise man your boss!

Who wouldn't like appreciations.Aprreciations at work initiates good productivity(xcept for going a bit offtrack with great site like mylot).So seek your boss and have him/her appreciate you everyday.

I like when people appreciate my work and in really makes me happy. I always try to remember that your own satisfaction from finishing something is more important that word from the others but good word always puts smile on my face.
