NordCat Aloe Vera is the best ( cuts, sore throat), tea tree oil (skin, hair, minor cuts), chamomile and Valerian root tees (if you can't fall asleep), garlic and onion are natural antibiotics... There are really so much - I can't even think of everything at ones......

NordCat I think all depends on the style of the music. There are really great acoustic and electric songs. For me it is not about "heavy" it is about professionalism, unique expression, and feelings that music evokes in me.
