I am so lost today because my sister died! / myLot

This morning my sister died from a stroke that had been drug induced by street drugs. They found meth,cocaine and marajuana in her system. I don't understand why people want to do those things. I am fighting panic attacks today and I am sooooooo depressed. I am trying not to cry for fear of never stopping.

I am sorry for your loss and sorrow. I will pray for you. I hope you pray also. I would tell you to get it out. I feel crying washes the soul in times of deep distress. There is no shame in it.with each day the pain will get less so that one day you will have all the good memories to make you smile.

I am so sorry about your sister. I don't know why people do those things. Just think of the good times when she was around. I know it's going to be hard to deal with your loss.

I send you and your family my sympathy and prayers. Just know that your sister isn't hurting any more. I am sorry that she was taken from you in such a painful way. Allow yourself to cry, you need to. It will help with the grief. I know you feel like it will never end, but it will. Crying will help purge your soul of some of the pain you feel. Bless you...you will be in my prayers.
