Tips for buying/selling your home?

I've sold many properties and the truth is being from California changes a lot of things because the laws are very strict and most of the people here are sue happy. I would say the only reason selling your house yourself would be easier is because then you could figure out how to do other than that, do you really want to play with your equity or have a lawsuit on your hands just because you didn't want to pay a Professional to do it and take the brunt of the risk as well.

I'm sold a house without a Realtor. It was easier, the only thing that was some work was doing up the paperwork. It's pretty simple to find though. Commission was eliminated and saved thousands of dollars.
