Sandy_in_Canada My daughters are grown now, but I never spoke to them like that. If I hear something along those lines, I'm embarassed for the mother. I have a sister-in-law who had extremes with her kids. She was either swearing and yelling at them or baby talking to them....

Did you sell the house yourself? Was it harder or easier than using a real estate agent?

Sandy_in_Canada I'm sold a house without a Realtor. It was easier, the only thing that was some work was doing up the paperwork. It's pretty simple to find though. Commission was eliminated and saved thousands of dollars.
