I think there are a lot of people here who generally love to shre their thoughts, opinions, and advice. I am one of them. the money is just a bonus to me. So I see nothing wrong with discussions aobut medical problems. Many of the people here have really gotten to know each other well over time and they trust the advice they get. It really depends on the person and what you are looking for. I responded to a discussion about depression on here and ended up getting an email from someone who came across the discussion in a search engine, and my answer was just waht she was looking for so she emailed for more detailed response. MyLot is about sharing thoughts, opinions, advice, and having fun.

Your discussion is about medical problems especially, so I must answer according to that (else I was going to write many things)...... It's true that taking advices from a qualified doctor is better option. But here in myLot too are some nice people who have experience in medical field.. they may help. Besides, maybe it's human nature to ask peers first about problems before going to any doctor. It leads to problems too (like taking wrong pills etc.) and I don't support it. So, it's advisable to check before actually obliging to a suggestion given here. And the issue about money-making people, I hope mylot will solve this problem, MAYBE
