Mylot Earnings...I dont understand

What exactly are the earnings rates around here? Im not sure I understand. I thought it was 1cent per post. But I have way more post than the amount Ive been paid 1cent for. Is there any reason why I might not be paid for certain posts? What are other ways to increase my earnings?
