Do you teach your children the right words for body parts or nicknames?

I have always been of the belief it is right to teach your children the proper names of their body parts. I never tried to make them use nicknames or slang because I think that promotes the idea that things like this are shameful....

melindagr9 I think its ok to use nicknames with younger kids. Older children should definitely be taught the proper terms for their body.

melindagr9 I like potatoes more, though I like chips as well. You can do more with potatoes. Chips arent really all that good for you, and most of them have a lot of salt.

melindagr9 I dont think that mine have been updated properly either. I have more posts than I have earnings. Maybe its been a busy weeked...lol! Im sure the problem will be fixed after the weekend. Hopefully, they havent changed the earnings system.

melindagr9 I usually wear slippers around the house. My room has carpet in it, so my feet dont really get dirty. Sometimes Ill put on socks or slippers if my feet are cold. But I hate sleeping in socks and hate when other people sleep with me with socks on.

melindagr9 You are taking things WAY too seriously. If what the person did was out of some kind of malicious intent then sure, report them. But if the comment was in anyway related to the question in the topic than what's the problem.
