this might sound weird, but i believe getting into the right exercise program/or getting involved in sports activities could help increase one's weight. i can't explain how that happens, but my nephew started gaining weight soon after we enroled him in taekwondo classes.

But i think maybe after he joined taekwando he eats a lots right? And that maybe because he always feel hungry because of training and loosing more energy :-)

I'd say eat food high in sugar as well because later on the sugar turns into fat and you gain weight.

Thats true, but i don't wanna be fat, i just want to gain muscle :-D

Hehe, absolutely sure. I used to have weight a years ago, but now i loose too much weight. So i try to gain it back because now i less in energy, :-)
