When she is ready to walk with you. What you need to do is take her on short walks without the Pram and then every other Day make the walks a bit longer. Do not take the Pram with you as she then thinks she can just get in it, do not carry her unless you really think she is tired and that should do the trick.

Thank goodness you found your daughter. I can understand that horrible, panicky feeling over a lost child. I lost my ran-about 3 year old son back then in a very crowded emporium and nearly went crazy.
When your daughter is ready to stop using the pram, she will not want to sit in it. At this age she would want to rest her tired legs by sitting in her pram.

I stopped using a pram when mine were about two years old and instead I used a stroller. I used one that folded up like an umbrella so it was handy to take on the buses and into the shops where no prams were allowed. I kept using it until thay just preffered to walk instead of sitting in it.

I don't think you have to stop using it until she is just too big and doesn't fit in it. I'm surprised she doesn't try to get out of it. If it becomes a safety hazard and she's trying to get out of it, I would switch her. My son is 19 months and he doesn't want to be in a stroller at all. I have to let him out a lot.
