Did you have a traditional wedding?, was it inside or outside?
I eloped..got married at the pastors house, told our parents the next day, that was 14 years ago, and I have no regrets.
How about you? Where did you marry? would you do it the same if you had to do it over?

My husband and I got married in a beautiful small Anglican church that we found in Papakowhai, Wellington, New Zealand. It had beautiful stained glass windows, and brown wooden walls. It was situated on a small hill, overlooking the harbor. It was just the right size for the amount of family and friends we had at the wedding. I would most definitely do it the same way if we were to do it all over again.

My husband and I got married at a place on the bay in San Diego. We had our wedding outside and then we went inside for our reception. It was beautiful but I really wanted to elope. He said that our parents would never forgive us. I guess that it was an okay wedding.

I got married in the same wedding chapel as my dad and my cousin. The wedding chapel provided me with everything a new bride could want, the beautifully decorated chapel, the dresses, the flowers, the photographer, and the reception. They even let our minister perform the ceremony.
That was almost 23 years ago & I've never regretted it. ;)

I had a civil wedding and that was like six years ago. If i could turn back time though i'd love to have a church wedding though i don't regret getting married the way i was. We have reasons why we just had a civil wedding that time.

Two weddings, both in church but different churches. One wedding was pretty traditional and the other had a western theme to it. If I had to do it over again, I would do the traditional wedding bigger and better.

My husband and I were handfasted at midnight between November 15th and 16th with our friends in our back yard. The next day we went with our parents to the courthouse and did the "official" legal crap. Had dinner at Olive Garden afterwards. My mother is still hoping I'll have a "real" (read: Christian) wedding one day. We may do another handfasting every 5 years since the one that we do only lasts that long.
