What are you doing...

...to lose the weight? I've started eating healthier and trying to go to the gym more often. But I have to admit that going to the gym was rather disappointing. I went went week 6 days out of the week and twice one day and managed to GAIN in that week, so I haven't been pushing myself nearly as hard to get there anymore. I have managed to lose 10 pounds and keep it off, but I'm having trouble getting any more off. I'm breastfeeding, so I can't do any fad diets or pills or anything. Just wanted to find out what everyone else is doing to lose the weight in a healthy way.

Well I don't have any time to do anything myself, but I find that if I obsess about it enough, I tend to make choices that are better towards losing that weight and all I have to do is think about it. I don't know if this will work for you or not, but I thought it might depending on your personality. Then again, I live on stress.
