Hmm... Well, I have a clock that sets itself. It's pretty cool! So, I didn't have to set that. I didn't have to set the time on my two computers. So, that makes 3 that I didn't have to change. I had to set... 3. One in the bedroom, the clock on the microwave, and the clock for the heater. That's all I changed. There's a clock in the kitchen, but I never look at it, so I'm not gonna bother with it. Oh! I changed the clock on the DVD/VCR, too. I guess that makes 4.

Well, it's not exactly on the heater, but it's the thermostat. It's there so I can program the heater to come on and turn off at certain times.

Wow, you have a clock on your heater?

I forgot about the cell phones. You're right they changed themselves here too. I didn't want to go out last night, but I still have the clocks in our vehicles to do this morning. :)

Hi buenavida! I didn't realise it wasn't just a US custom. I always enjoy learning new things like this. Will you switch again in the fall?

I've been changing them as I look at them and realize they are behind an hour. We changed our alarms and the clock in the living room as soon as we woke up though. I think I have 2 more to go?

:) I've noticed the alarm clocks seem to be the ones that get changed first.

Living in Arizona, I didn't have to change any clocks as we don't bother with Daylight Savings Time.

Consider yourself lucky, LOL Sure would be nice if I didn't have to. It takes my internal clock too long to catch up. :)

LOL, what siblings will do to each other! Actually we have a time change twice a year to take advantage of the daylight hours. They call it daylight savings time, lol. In the spring, we move our clocks up one hour and in fall we turn them back one hour. It can really mess up your internal clock when it happens too. This time we lost an hour of sleep. :(

In my house I had to change two computers, one clock radio, one cellphone, one VCR, one microwave, one stove and my watch.

I have to change the clock on the stove, the clock on the microwave, the clock on the kitchen, the wall clock in the living room, the clock in our dresser, the clock in my toddlers bedroom, the alarm clock, the clock on our vehicle and my watch. That is a total of 9 clocks. My laptop automatically changes so I did not bother with that. Gosh...too many clock to change, huh?

LOL, that is alot! I got you beat by a few though. I had to do a walk thru just to get an accurate count. My family is always giving us clocks. Maybe because I'm usually running a little late. LOL Other than in the bathrooms, there are actually 2-3 clocks in each room.
3 in my bedroom, 2 in spare bedroom, 3 in the living room, 2 in the kitchen (coffee pot & microwave), 1 computer, 1 watch & 2 vehicles for a grand total of 14.___:o___Ooppps. Make that 15, I forgot to hang the one over the TV back up.

Aaawww! Wasn't that sweet of him? Hubby slept thru me changing most of ours. Except the one over the TV, that is. I still can't put that one back up or I'll block his view. lol

I changed the time on my wristwatch and clock-radio before I went to bed Saturday, then the kitchen clock and microwave when I got up Sunday. Sometime in the afternoon I remembered about the answering machine, so had to change that, too. (I hate changing that one... it never seems to work out right.) My computer changed itself, and as I don't have the vcr plugged in anymore, I didn't worry about it.

Hello, my friend, thanks for stopping by. :) Isn't it strange that we always seem to miss one or two of our clocks each time?

That didn't take long then, did it? I'm glad I started this discussion, because there were a few (like watches) I forgot all about. :)

My husband changed our bedroom clock as he went to bed early because he had to work today. I changed the microwave, the stove, the two clocks in the girls' bedrooms, my watch, and battery operated clocks in the diningroom and family room. The VCR clock changed automatically. The computer clock did not change and I had to reset it this morning. Now I just have to remember how to change the one in the van. I'm always fussing with that thing when it comes to changing the time.

LOL, glad I'm not the only one that forgets how to change the car clocks. I have to pull out the manual to do hubby's each time. ;)
Didn't you have your computer option checked to automatically change it for you?

Yes, isn't it nice when some things change themselves? I wonder if there'll be a way to get out of changing diapers by the time I'm a grandmother! LOL
