I visited google. What about? When you used internet for the first time, which site did you visit?

The first website i visited was the university page i went to in college. That was years back. The website was so important because it was where the college entrance exam results were posted. I remember me and my classmates trooping to the nearest internet cafe in our place after learning that the results were out. We couldn't wait to get the results in the mail!
It was from that time i was first introduced to the internet. Then i signed up my yahoo email after that. :)

it was www.satyamonline.com, my first ISP, which is now www.sify.com.

I really dont remember, I have been online for a lot of years now. I have no idea what I visited first. I would think it probably was compaq. Since my firt computer was a compaq, I would think that I registed my computer first thing.

Its not actually "visited".. its more of "automated".. LOL!
The first website i saw way back 1998 was Microsoft's homepage. Its the default website for Internet Explorer in school back then. So, when I opened Internet Explorer, Microsoft Homepage is "sitting poker-faced" on my computer screen. LOL !

Hai, I don't exactly remember the first site that I visited as it was a long time back, it would have been definitely yahoo as I was very much fascinated by chatting then.
