Its simple ,cheap and appears to be very effective.
Take 2000 iu of Vitamin D3 (has to be D3!!) per day AM
Take one general multivitamin AM
Take one Ibuprofen tablet before bed
Thats it.........
I'm posting two pictures if I can...one of my chest in December last year , the second today in March.
Don't be scammed by the so called 'cures' at expensive prices....you will notice I don't even suggest where you buy the above...just get the cheapest you can.
The D3 is the key part.

If it works for her she will be thrilled
This is a long term treatment ...it can take 1 - 2 months for the D3 levels to build up in the body after being depleted due to no sun in the winter.
I saw benefits after 4 weeks. If you go to my pictures I have posted the change I saw.

Those photos are amazing. I have scalp psoriasis, and currently use Clobex shampoo to the tune of $160 a bottle. Will certainly have to research the D3!

I thought psoriasis won't be that bad when u live in colder countries. But then seem like i was wrong. Our weather here is hot and humid... for the whole year. So many of people with psoriasis will suffer... i have friends who the condition getting worse since the temperature now is rising to 40 degrees. So in your country it might help a bit with D3 and multivitamin.. but here.. it will be harder... we have enough of vitamin D3.. and the multivitamin. Some of my friends have tried many.. seems not work so good. So the choices left is maintainence..they have to apply emolients and creams like many times per day.. avoid go outside.. airconditioned home.. take healthy foods include green vege...
