Its simple ,cheap and appears to be very effective. Take 2000 iu of Vitamin D3 (has to be D3!!) per day AM Take one general multivitamin AM Take one Ibuprofen tablet before bed Thats it......... I'm posting two pictures...

oohsuitusir If it works for her she will be thrilled This is a long term treatment ...it can take 1 - 2 months for the D3 levels to build up in the body after being depleted due to no sun in the winter. I saw benefits after 4 weeks. If you go to my pictures I have...
