are you against the capital punishment?

I think that the capital punishment isn't the right way to resolve problems..When a person kill someone or commits bad crimes I think that the right punishment is condemned him to forced jobs..because the state pay to remain criminals in the prisons and it's not good..istead if they work for us they pay us and the state mustn't pay criminals..I think that in our century the capital punishment it's not good

It is a tough question, because if I say I am against it, I'm not sure I would feel the same way if someone raped and murdered my daughter.
I wonder if you would feel the same?
Personally, I believe a life in spent in prison would be pure Hell and is quite a punishment.

It depends. Some criminals refuse to work. In some states where the ACLU is in full force, criminals have a lot of rights and hard labor can't be enforced. Some of these people can not be rehabilitated. Murder isn't weakening the gene pool. It's horrible; however, they can be used for other things. Rapists and child mollesters should have capital punishment. They are going against nature (for evolutionists) and God (if you are a creationist).
