Gather lots of fresh vegetables, your favorites are best. Grill bonelss chicken bre*sts that have been marinated in fat free or low fat italian dressing and the juice from a can of no sugar added pineapple chunks. (No skin) Make a nice fresh salad with lettuce, spinach leaves and other veggies. Try baby carrotts and sweet bell peppers and cauliflower and cherry tomatoes. Slice a grilled chicken bre*st into strips and spread over the top of salad. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and sunflower seed meats. Add a bit of your favorite salad dressing, not too much, and throw on some of the pineapple chunks. Make a big bowl for everyone to take from and 1 chicken bre*st each or make separate plates for each person. My husband even liked this.

One of the best dishes for losing weight and just plain healthy eating is stir-fry. Use whole grain rice and more veggies than meat. You can use the same recipe with chicken, beef, or pork. There are some really wonderful stir-fry sauces out there too.

I don't know about good recipes, but if you add coconut oil to your diet it may really help.
You need good fat to help you lose fat. Most people don't understand that.
Good fat like coconut oil will help you burn more carbohydrates then poor fats like margarine and cheap oils.
Use coconut oil in your cooking where you would normally use oil, margarine or butter and I think it will really help.
Try and use 5-6 tablespoons of coconut oil per day.
