Haha, only the best can survive and reproduce. Wow, thats a bit harsh I probably wouldn't be around in your world, cos I'm only average. I would start by destroying all ideas of war and military sources. No need for so much garbage. People will have to fight it out with their bare hands if they want to fight. Technology should not be used for war.

I beleive no one can save this world, rules are made to be brocken, no matter rules we make it will not fix the world's problems.. most important thing is I would try to make some justice and distrbut wealth so no one is starving anymore..

well if I would be given the position to rule over people then as i am a capricorn and posess ruling ablity then first I will remove poverty and illeteracy from everyone and everything will be absolutely fine.

As slowly as necessary. And I'm fully aware that no amount of time/care/explaining would get everyone on page with me. So yeah, eventually some amount of brute force would be necessary, as a last option. The people of the world are used to seeing it's most powerful countries only use brute force to end conflict when European interests are at stake, with it's most powerful country as the enforcer. We've known for decades that certain cultures use women as human toilets but have refused to do anything about it. In Rawanda, the Hutsis and the Tu-Tus (may have misspelled the names) killed well over a million in tribal warfare. The most powerful military in the history of the world stood by and did nothing. Apartheid stood for decades after our own civil rights movement had succeeded (depending on whom you ask). But we did nothing. We've actually back the current violence in the Middle East, with our own president (purposely not spelled with a capital P) saying just a week ago that it was to soon for a cease-fire. How is it ever too soon to stop civilian deaths? But when the Serbs and Albanians (Europeans) were into it a few years ago we rushed right in. Can't let Europeans kill each other, huh? When Iraq invaded tiny Kuwait on Aug 2, 1990 the U.S. rushed right into Kuwait to defend the tiny nation that couldn't itself against the neighborhood bully. Or at least that's how they tried to spin it. In reality, we've been "in bed" with oil-rich Saudi Arabia, Kuwait's neighbor, and couldn't let fighting spill in that direction. Once the people of the world realize that I'd police the ENTIRE world regardless of whom is the aggressor and who stands to gain, they'd realize the good being done. Or at least most would...I think.

Making super humans by breeding doesn't make more super humans bourderhouse. If you actually wanted to make a difference than schools should be stepped out at any earlier age. Children have a much better potential for understanding calculus (for example) than adults. Also, accept concept cars. Really, if you noticed that these concept cars are "too flashy" for society, do you notice the direction we're going in anyways? conceptual cars!! If I were ruler, I'd remove all nuclear warheads from the world. If the creators decide to challenge me I will imprison them. That way there won't be an arms race. I'd find a better way for worldly travel to be more accessible and cheaper too!

Before I brag about the things I will or rather plan to do.. I must make it very clear that ruling the world is an inate sense of dominance that every human being wants to possess which is perhaps why no one has really achieved it yet. In order to rule the world I would first change myself into a very stern person and then my immediate action would be to look at problems and come up with immediate solutions... rather than sitting for years debating on the 'possible' solutions. What the world needs are people who are straight forward and are actually willing to do some effort. I would hir a team of cut throat executives who not only know how to deal with issues but are ever willing to come up with instant solutions and ideas. Ofcourse now I will not ignore the people who aren't much concerned because you see here is where we go wrong... the masses are full of people who believe in the 'ME' theory and don't really give a damn about anyone else and when we start ignoring these masses here is where we go wrong because even though this type of people are selfish and lazy still these are the very ones who find excuses to whine about the system. Therefore, I would find ways to motivate these people and get them as involved as possible, so that if my team is lagging behind on issues then I can ask these whining people to come up with their solutions. As a ruler I will not campaign about and make promises that I will bring about global peace, finish hunger or save the earth but instead of wasting my time learning these useless speeches on 'HOW I PLAN TO..." I would actually make a notion to do something. I believe that politics is an area where one absolutely needs to be diplomatic and hypocritic but I will use these attributes to my advantage. For example, taking the issue of global hunger & unemployment I will make sure that everyone would have jobs, food and shelter... since I rule the world there will be no borders and hence no countries that would be fighting on each others reserves. In fact the reserves from all over the world would be distributed equally hence causing no issues. However, once I have solved these issues I would still be faced with the heated debate over religion. It has been noted that religion is usually the reason for most conflicts.. so I would educate the world population on the several religions and promote tolerance. If there is anything that the world requires it is definitely the ability to tolerate others. At the same time I will make sure that every decision that I make should be not siding with anyone but infact be a neutral decision. For now this is all that I would have done had I been ruling the world but to be very honest I must say that all of us DO indeed rule the world in our own way... I mean if you are not polluting you are taking a very wise decision for the world or if you are helping someone etc. All in all every human is ruled by none other than by their inner thought and I believe that if I can convince people to have a positive attitude towards life and each other then my purpose as a self ruler has been very justly served.

I wish if i could rule the world the way i liked it. Being a commoner I donot like stress and donot like fight between people for the sake of own interests. So, I would make this things illegal.

If I got the opportunity to rule the world, the major changes I would introduce is providing highest opportunity for my people to learn (formal, informal). I'll support the research that will bring mankind toward better living. on the other hand, I'll make sure the law enforcement toward civilized world. best regards from Jakarta

If I rule the world first of all I create peace and harmomy and I take necessary action against the people who involve in the nuclear and bombs manufacturing. I travel throughout the world land find people who are in needs and help them for getting their bread and butter.

A paper order or a verbal dictat will not change the world overnight. Simply by issuing nemerous orders will not deliver, as orders itslef will not work on their own. So, frist of all my priority is to bring such a delivering system to the implementable stage that the orders I issue. And as like any other humab being, I have long list of things to do ,when I really rule. If I leak those thoughts , there will be anarchy tomorrow across the globe, hence I am keeping those things close to my heart. I will soon spill the beans once I made to rule the globe. Bye.
