Lucid dreaming is the conscious perception of one's state while dreaming, resulting in a much clearer experience and sometimes enabling direct control over the content of the dream, a realistic world that is to some degree in the control of the dreamer. The complete experience from start to finish is called "Lucid dream."Stephen LaBerge, a popular author and experimenter on the subject, has defined it as "dreaming while knowing that you are dreaming." The validity of lucid dreaming as a scientifically verified phenomenon is well-established.Researched such as Allan Hobson with his neurophysiological approach to dreaming have helped to push the understanding og lucid dreaming into a less speculative realm.

Communicate? hmmm.. i don't think so... I believe that dreams are our thoughts before sleeping. It may be our worst fear tangling us before sleeping or something excited us.

I definately believe in dreams telling us something and had a dream last year that thankfully changed my life and saved alot of hurt to my daughter. Without going into too much specifics I had a dream that my boyfriend was leading me up the garden path, after I investigated my suspicions it turned out he was trying to hit onto my daughter. Needless to say I got rid of him pretty quickly and thank crunchie for that dream to urge me on to look into things more deeply!

That’s a complicated term to actually describe. I think it’s a sort of thinking that happen your brain has minimal level of activation when we are sleeping. Sometimes we even get carried away when we are relaxed and suddenly realize we have been dreaming. Its all I feel are due to neurophysiological or neurochemical changes during sleep or while awake that produce these dreams. All these dreams just go out of our brains the moment we awake after a good sleep, yet some we can remember some those happened in the morning. yes i have observed that people do communicate or say speak in sleep while they are reacting to a dreamy situation.

Oh yes, we can definitely learn as well as communicate in our dreams..
A dream is an experience of envisioned images, sounds during sleep..
When we close our eyes and when we are half asleep we get to dream a lot..
I enjoy my dreams..I get to realise my inner potential in my dreams..The worth of an individual is portrayed in one's dreams..Dreams come true most of the time..even if its not dont worry, they are pleasant experiences..
Dream, Dream and Dream!!!!!!
Dreams will lead us to work for reality!!!!!
