Why do Muslim radicals murder

I cant understand why these radical are amoungst us why does the Muslim community protect them and secret them in their community why do they tolerate them in their community or is a case that they are afraid not to support their murdering ways.

I guess because being a terrorist is way more exciting than being a student or a working father with a family to support. Also, you get to be a martyr, which everyone will think is cool, and your family will be so proud. And it's not the end - you'll be rewarded in heaven. And for the leaders of your movement, it's an excellent way to advance the cause.
