On this site it looks like nobody c ares to spell correctly, use decent grammar, or even avoid netspeak! Do you think that this is appropriate on a site where we are being paid to make valuable discussions? Or if you don't think grammar and spelling are important, tell me why here.

That was my impression initially, but I've now been involved in a few good discussions with people who have put a lot of effort into their posts.
Not that the money matters to me that much, but I experimented with doing a series of short, quick posts yesterday, and made more money than I did when I made fewer long, careful ones. I can understand why people would be motivated to be sloppy.
I also feel very lucky that my high-school had a mandatory typing class. I make allowances for people who can't type, even though I find net-speak hard on the eyes.

Grammar and spelling were dafinately important but bear in mind that since mylot was on the process to encourage more and more users how can thay be so strict to thier user here. It didn't say this was the formal or any specialised forums wih the requirements on one's language abilities and I think is not that nobody care but have you think for those with a bit poor in english users?

I agree that grammer and punctuation is very important. I also beleive that when someone is involved in a conversation, they tend to foget about it. lol It is only natural. Oh, and some people have another launguage, as their first launguage, so that makes it harder.
