Having a bad day!

There are so many things going on in my life right now that are not so great. Just served an ex with custody papers, boss is a jerk, have to get rid of dog, feeling like a failure, catching a cold. Why does it seem like when something is not going so great everything has to blow up in your face? Does this happen to you? What do you do to cope with it?

I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Just go watch your kids playing and smiling at you. This will help you feel a little bit better. (Some chocolate or a bowl of icecream might help too lolol)

You know, my kids are what keep me going most of the time. It's been a long time since I had a job that I didn't care much for and I think that has alot to do with my feelings lately. I have pictures of my kids up all over my desk. I need something to remind why I am here and keep me from walking out.

Thanks for the BR. Our kids are what keeps most of us going and keeps us from going totally insane

Honey listen it happens to all of us. Don't worry you will be fine. I know it seems like everything is coming down on you right now and it probably is. Just rembeber your kids love, your ex will have to pay eventually, and don't worry about the dog. By the way the cold can't last forever. Let me know how things turn out.

It is just early spring depression, or one of these moments when you are feeling down and everything goes wrong... But I think you know what to do... Life goes on. Change your perspective point, maybe you are ready for some changes, maybe you need a little break to come up with new strengths. It happens to everybody. I usually have a party or spend nice cuddly night with my man when life "covers me up with yellow bucket".

Thanks. Yeah I know what to do. I think your right about the early spring depression. I am just really feeling it today. Maybe dinner tonight with my kids will cheer me up.

Hey I have weeks like this honey and though the kids are sometimes part of the problem at the end of the day you have to stay strong for them! When they aren't fighting or being apain, like when they are playing nicely, or slip their hand into yours or even better when they are sleeping and look so beautiful and innocent - it reminds you what life is all about! I wish you Good Luck and hope that life feels better soon!

OMG! Are those things came on you at the same all day? I never had that horrible experience yet darling.. But i hope you can cope with it as soon as possible.. But i wanna give u some advice to relieve your tension, depression, or whatever with "sion" thing.. hehe First, i want you to get a shower to give u more relaxation and make u feel fresh before doing any procedure... Go to your room and make sure that you will feel comfortable whenever you want to start... Off the lights and light up a candle in ur room.. Let the silence and the light coming from the candle spreads out all over ur room and breath normally... Dont think about everything and just focus about one thing that can really ease ur tension... think possitively and not negatively... Think about the positive thoughts that you have in you.. What will you do for the next day that you like to bring you a positive response? Any? think of those things and let it capture your mind for a bright tomorrow... Dont let yourself suffer from many problems... After that, pray and ask for a peace of mind and off the candle and turn on the lights... Hope it helps.. Godspeed! I wanna share you this thoughts that i heard on television, "If you have a problem, make a solution, If you dont have solution dont problem it!" Simple ryt? Have a nice day!

Yes, it happens though very rarely. This is what they say as 'When it rains it pours'. When the bad things come, they do appear in a string of undesirables taking place one after the other and; when the good things come, they do appear in a string of one good luck after another. All happening on the same day. Unimaginable! But, it happens.
