Deep inside the heart of people lurks their dark secret. Not everyone has been a good citizen, there are instances where one breaks the law ... and of course not being caught. Personally, my encounter in breaking the law is limited to traffic enforcement rules. Simple rules like beating the red light and overspeeding .. I'm guilty of that. How bout you? Have you broken any law? How serious is it? And how do you deal with it?

I have broken the law every Sunday morning all of my life. Its still british law that after worship on sunday morning you are under obligation to practice archery for an hour. Ive never done so. I beleive there are all sorts of arcaic laws in existence that have never been abolished. So we are probably breaking the law all the time without knowing it. Being ignorant of a law doesnt make you excempt either.

Hi. Not actually to certain. It might be just for the male of the species. Something to do with keeping the troops in training in event of invasion. Probably a medievil dads army.

The only time that I broke the law was when I was in college and I got caught speeding. I got caught in a speed trap while leaving class. That is the only time that I broke the law. I did not complain with the officer and paid my speeding ticket and that was that. I did not feel it was worth going to court over a speeding ticket, which I may have deserved.

the process of going thru the court i think is really not worth it. the penalty slapped on speeding is much better i believe.

I've broken plenty of moral laws, but not too many civil laws. Mostly speeding and I'm working on changing that. I not only don't need to be that impatient, I get better gas mileage at slower speeds! At today's prices, that is something to consider.

When I was 13 I stole a pair of earrings from a dept. store. I walked out of the store and the security guard followed. He brought me into the back room and showed me on video taking the pair of $9.99 earrings. He called the police which the police made me call my parents and tell them. Then I was put on probation for 6 months. I will never steal again.

we do a lot of stupid things when we are kids. its part of the learning experience ... the important thing is that we learn from our mistakes.

So far mild violation of littering rules. When I have to throw something like candy wrappers or used tissue, and I can't find any trash can around I have this tendency to just toss things on the ground. I try to control it now, I bring a small plastic in my bag where I put my little garbage then throw it later when I find a garbage can.

I drive over the speed limit. Technically that is breaking the law. Other than that, I do not think I have ever broken the law. I try to be a good citizen and I try to work hard to earn what I have. Breaking the law always catches up on you in the end.

The only thing I have been guilty of is speeding issues. There are so many that do other law breaking and yes they just keep it to themselves. I don't usually speed over the limit. I just do if I have an emergency or need to get somewhere before they close. I can remeber going to get my dad some parts for his car one day. I had to break the speed limit otherwise I would of never made it. He would of been out of a car to drive to work the next day and would have missed his work and pay for that day. I think that if you are in an emergency situation it is best to turn on your hazard lights especially if you have to drive like a maniac to get someone to the emergency room. I had to do this one night for my husband. Luckily I never got stoped, he had cut his hand deeply one evening working on his transmission on his truck. It was so bad that he had to get there quick, he was goin into early shock and it would of tooked an extra half an hour for the ambulance to reach us. I put him in the car and we were better then half way there by that time.
