For us who don't know a thing about the right food combination, nothing is wrong. As long as nothing happens when we eat it, then we just go ahead and enjoy. But actually, do you notice that sometimes we eat certain combination of foods and we end up having indigestion or gas formation in the stomach? That is bad food combination. The incompatibility of food disturbs our digestive system and also confuses our cells that leads to different diseases. So next time be sure that the fruit you mix with your milk go well together.

Fruit is a quick and easy way of giving your body the goodness it needs to keep healthy. It's also a great thing to give your kids - it makes a great healthy snack, instead of chocolate, sweets or crisps.

Well, I don't believe in that. Have you ever eaten fruit ice cream? That's milk and fruits together. And I have eaten fruits and drank mik right after it and nothing happened. =)
And no, making blended fruits and milk isn't bad at all. It's healthy and yummy.. =P

milk with fruit fresh juice is great,, try banana-milk or jawava-milk juice and if you add some honey they will be even better, that's common here in Egypt!!!

I don't think so, in fact they are a very good combination. During the mango season we used to eat a lot of mangoes and that isn't very good for the body, we were advised to drink a glass of milk to combat the ill effects of mangoes. Mangoes tend to increase body heat which leads to other problems. I don't see why you can't fruits and drink milk at the same time, its as good as drinking a fruit milkshake right?

I think that all depends on the person. I love peaches and cream, strawberries and cream, and blueberries and cream. Just makes my stomach feel increadible well.

Not all fruits goes well with milk. There are some that we don't mix milk like oranges, pineapple & lemon. Fruit shakes are so delicious if you mix milk like mango, avocado, strawberry, and banana.
