Does myLot pay by the word?

Though I know that's not official, it almost seems that way sometimes. I say this because I know that people who leave longer responses tend to get more earnings. I tend to post longer responses than most people and average more per posting than most people. What has your experience been?

I just joined today but I was told to always make longer responses to get paid well, still testing with the site and not sure of anything yet but it would be silly to just type too many words when you have nothing to say.. I think my responses will not be as big as some that i saw here unless i really have something to say.

My responses all seem to be about the same length and I average around .02 cents a post. That's pretty consistant from what I've read from other posters who post like I do.
